Quote from Legends in medicine and entrepreneurship

Brief:

“Start with Why” by Simon Sinek explains that the most successful leaders and organizations focus first on why they do what they do—not just what they do or how they do it. The "Why" is the purpose, belief, or cause that drives them. Sinek uses real-life examples like Apple, Martin Luther King Jr., and the Wright brothers to show how having a clear purpose inspires people, builds trust, and creates long-term success. The key message is: if you start with a strong reason behind your work, people will connect with you more deeply and support your mission.
